The BEST Shabu ever. The staff is so friendly and helpful explaining things on the menu and making sure you get exactly what you want. The price is spot on for the amount of good quality food that you get. The food is incredible and literally makes my mouth water just thinking about it. It's such a fun experience in itself and we love bringing new people here so they can experience it as well!

We have tried many shabu places after moving from HB to Tustin. This place is by far the best shabu place in the area and the service is always wonderful

Been coming here since it opened 12+ years ago. Though the ownership has changed over the years, the food, the service, and the happy party nature of the staff has never changed. Love it all !!!

I've been here both all you can eat lunch and dinner.
Of course, there are more meat options on dinner than lunch. There were no wait time for us and services were great, very attentive. They came by cheked on us many times to make sure we have everything needed. Food was fresh and high quality regardless if lunch or dinner. I think the price is right for the all you can eat option.

Excellent experience. Food and service was awesome. Took a client and she loved it. Also, dont forget to check in because you get free three glasses of sake.
And such a cherry on top when they give you complimentary ice cream. Ambiance is a bit on the louder side but most shabu shabu places are like that. Will come here again when I work in Santa Ana.

Food and service is always top notch! I enjoy all the servers' company too every time I come. However today, my friend and I were sitting next to this rude party that ruined the atmosphere in front of everyone else that was dining. As I witnessed, the blonde waitress brought out 3 appetizers to that party. The guy of the party complained that his appetizers came out late and childishly refused to eat them anymore. As we ate everything while time passed, it was steady and okay. When their party finished and my friend and I were still eating our soup, I overhead him complain again, but about the gratuity (there is 5 people and a kid) and was being such a child about it (ironic because he has a daughter next to him). The waitress gladly took it off with no problem and they proceed to pay. After their bill was handed, he makes an unnecessary comment about her attitude (which I think the waitress was friendly the whole time because she took my friend and i's order and she is just doing her job as a server). The waitress responds back with a nice composure and the guy in turn calls her a "bitc*" The waitress stands her ground, without using any vulgar words, and tells him to leave. I hear him continuously call her the same insult and it was so uncomfortable to hear and watch because there were other kids in the restaurant AND especially with his daughter seeing everything. She looked terrified and was clinging onto her mom or grandma (i don't know because she looked like a troll). The waitress threatens to call the police because he was being hostile still. The saddest part was that his wife or mom and the other 2 people with him were allowing his behavior and just standing there watching. If you guys ever come across this guy again while you eat here, be careful because he is very aggressive. He is a hispanic man (looks to be around in his 30s) built like a bowling ball, dresses like a bum, has raggedy  facial hair, height of a troll. His wife or mom is a carbon copy of him. However the daughter was adorable and beautiful with her dark black hair and big eyes. I feel sorry for her because who knows what goes on in her home with an animal like him (Aka the review beneath me his name was Eddy). If you look at his previous reviews, they're the same energy and I think he's racist. Stay away from this fool. He's a walking live demon. I can't believe he got upset over appetizers when they're not even the main entree. Grow up or get therapy psycho LOL.
